Terms & Conditions

Orders are only accepted subject to the Trading Contract of K i Systems Ltd herein after called the "Supplier"; as detailed below. Purchasers of Supplier goods will on accepting delivery be deemed to have agreed that any printed conditions on their orders or other documents shall only be binding where they are not at variance with these terms and conditions. Any buyer who objects to these terms below must, prior to delivery of goods, inform the Supplier of the objections in writing where upon the order shall be deemed to be cancelled unless any proposed variation is accepted in writing by a Director of the Supplier.

K i Systems Ltd is a specialist Security & Computer Distributor, if you purchase goods and you are not an Installer, we will not be able to offer any technical support and you may find some Manufacturers offer no technical help to non-installers, if in doubt please contact K i Systems Ltd BEFORE making a purchase

Prices quoted apply to the quantities and delivery rates as stated and any variation, specification and rates of delivery may require a price revision. The supplier may increase prices in relation to the products the supplier has agreed to supply where the increase is to take account of increases in costs, expenses and/or materials suffered by the supplier..

Dates for delivery are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Where products are delivered by a third party carrier, the supplier shall have no Liability to the Buyer for any failure to deliver the Products on or before any agreed time or date. Our maximum Liability for any such failure shall be the charges paid to the carrier in respect of any such delivery.

All products supplied by the supplier are covered by a manufacturers 12 month return to base warranty at your own cost, all goods are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use, provided the goods have been operated in accordance with the instruction manual. The commencement date for all warranties is the date of delivery to the customer from the supplier. The supplier makes no other warranty, express or implied with respect to goods, their marketability, quality or fitness for any particular type of purpose in particular but without prejudice to the general provisions of these conditions. The supplier assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages by reason of any warranty express or implied.

Claims may be made subject to the Purchaser Examining the Goods on their delivery for any obvious damage or shortage and reporting any damaged or short delivery in writing to the Supplier and the carrier within three days of the delivery date. Reporting non-delivery by  telephone, and confirmed in writing to the Supplier within 3 days of the invoice date or expected delivery date. If the purchaser fails to give notice or to report in accordance with these terms or shall deal with goods in any manner or if there shall be any conduct by the Purchaser inconsistent with rejection of the Goods, then the Goods of the quality specified in the contract shall be deemed to have been delivered to the Purchaser. No claim or rejection properly made pursuant to these Conditions of Sale in respect of any part delivery of Goods shall be a ground for cancellation of the contract or order.

Returns policy

Non-Faulty Products

K i Systems Ltd will accept products back for refund only providing:

  • The items are returned within 21 calender days of invoice
  • The items remain unused, in there original packaging in pristine condition
  • The original invoice is required with all returns
  • Any warranty seal if fitted is unbroken
  • All items are complete with all attachments & accessories

Faulty Products

In warranty Repairs:

If you suspect a product is faulty, in the first instance you must contact the manufacturers technical help and log who you spoke with, to confirm that the products purchased are faulty, failure to do this may result that products purchased being sent back to you with no fault found, and an administration plus carriage charge of £30 being applied. All items must be accompanied by a detailed fault description, “faulty” is not acceptable as the goods purchased may have to be sent back to the manufacturer for testing. K i Systems Ltd will offer no exchanges or credits unless specified in that particular manufacturers warranty terms

Details of manufacturers terms are available via the Sales Team, if you have any doubt before purchasing. Warranty period starts from the invoice date

Expected Repair Times
K i Systems Ltd will always endeavour to ensure any items returned will be processed and resolved within 3-4 weeks of receiving them. However where faulty goods are returned to manufacturers this can vary due to their policy & spares availability etc. K i Systems Ltd can in no way be held accountable through actions of a third party.

In compliance with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Regulations 2006, the buyer accepts full and complete responsibility for the safe disposal of the product(s) purchased, at it’s own cost, this duty having been discharged by the seller.

K i Systems Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for the end-of-life disposal of the equipment sold.

Distance selling Regulations
If you open the goods to inspect them, you can cancel your purchase up to 7 working days from receipt of delivery. 
If you are cancelling your purchase under the distance selling regulations, your product must be complete in a new condition, if you have opened the box to examine the product you must have done so without damaging or marking the product, the product must not have been used or installed, and data must not have been inputted. It should be returned with original box and packaging, along with any accessories you received with it.

Return of Goods - for non- UK Customers
All shipping costs involved in returning and re-delivering of goods, including goods still under warranty shall be borne by the customer
